Actually it is not a wing but a Qualiifciation Badge and one of the hardest to earn. Only about 1 in 100 qualify to be on a sub. This is a museum quality reproduction of the famous WWII Navy Submarine wing badge in sterling silver with 24k plated surface. It has a pin back just as the original badge and is hallmarked Blackinton which is a very rare hallmark for a sub badge.
