Item Number: P-1198A package of the two very hard to find collar size insignia rank for General of the Army, also same one used for Admiral of the Navies and General of the Air Forces. These are made in sterling silver. Silver ones are even harder to find than the regular collar ones. These come in Clutch Backs but can be special ordered in Pin Back.
