This is a current issue set of Full Colonel insignia with a very rare US Army IOH hallmark of W-32. This is an extremely hard to find hallmark as they are a very small maker of insignia and wings. These are full size in sterling silver and this set is made with extra feathering on the Eagles. . Today any current insignia in sterling is hard to find.
